Returns and Exchanges​​​​​​​

We promise to give you the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. We also make sure that every item we ship out is inspected for quality assurance.

No Returns or Exchanges unless it applies to the following below:

- if there is any physical damage to the product (proof of damages must be sent to us within 2 days of receiving your parcel)*

* we won't accept returns of damaged crisps due to their fragile nature. Crisp that have been opened during transit will be refunded or exchanged provided there is proof of this.    

- if we have sent out the wrong item (proof of incorrect item must be sent to us within 2 days of receiving your parcel)*

*the item must be sealed and not opened for us to accept the return or exchange.

If your order meets these terms for a return or exchange please email us at thepartyplug.uk@gmail.com with your reason and proof of any damages. Then once we receive your order an investigation will take place and we will notify you on the status of your enquiry and if successful a refund will be in place within 14 working days. 

Clearance items can not be refunded or exchanged. 

Products that are pasted there best before date will be stated on the website and these items can not be refunded or exchanged. 

Defective vape merchandise may be returned within 7 days from receipt of when your item was purchased. You must contact The Party Plug in order to return items and they must be accepted. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.

Upon return of defective merchandise we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected, and deemed not defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, and deemed defective, and we are not able to replace the defective merchandise – we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds are subject to a £1.00 processing charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank for every refund transaction.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund any vapes.
