has my order been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email, informing you that your order was successful and has been approved. Please check your junk folder.
When will my order arrive?
Postage - Depending on the time you place your order, you will receive your parcel within 48 hours after your order has been confirmed. However you must place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday. Your parcel will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Local Delivery – Orders will arrive within 60 minutes from placing your order. However you must place your order between 7pm-1am Monday-Sunday for local delivery. Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered as soon as we open at 7pm however orders after 1am will be delivered the next day.
Do I need to be over 18 to order?
Yes, for all our products containing tobacco, alcohol or CBD you must be over 18+.
Why has my order not been delivered?
If your order has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate this for you.
I have received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, try not to panic. Contact us via email or telephone and we will resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible. We may ask for a photo of the wrong item to be emailed to us for proof.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs £3.99 for standard UK delivery. All customers who spend over £25 on our website will receive free UK delivery. Local delivery costs £2.99 within a 3 mile radius however all customers who spend over £25 on our website will receive free local delivery.
Can I return an item?
No Returns or Exchanges unless it applies to the following below: - if there is any physical damage to the product (proof of damages must be sent to us within 2 days of receiving your parcel)
