Local Delivery
Local delivery is available between the following hours:
Monday - Friday from 7pm till 1am
Saturday - Sunday from 5pm till 1am
Deliveries will be made within 60 minutes of the order being placed
Please ensure you leave a contact number so our driver can call you on arrival
If you would like to schedule a delivery, please leave the time you would like your order in the notes section
Shipping
Orders received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
‘Special Delivery’ and ‘Saturday Guaranteed’ orders must also be received before 3pm and will be subject to the same exclusions as above (please do not place your order after 3pm and expect it the next day).
Standard orders are sent by ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For’ (only covered up to £50 of insurance) and as such you should usually receive your order within 1-3 working days. During certain times of the year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait up to 5 working days before contacting us.
For Damaged items please contact us and send us a picture of the damaged item as proof within 7 days.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Orders received after 3pm will usually be dispatched the following working day, regardless of the delivery option chosen.
Items sent by ‘Special Delivery’ will always require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to take the order.
All orders within the UK are sent out using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' Service, unless requested otherwise.
